Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit cards, plus Paypal payments.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Taxable items have 20% VAT (sales tax) added for all customers within the EU.

Shipping Schedule & Handling
Once an order is received, goods will be despatched either on the same day or next working day. Once your order is despatched from our warehouse the delivery timescales rely on our couriers and we cannot accept any responsibility for a delayed order.

From time to time there may also be a slight delivery delay on certain items, but you will be notified by email straightaway in this instance.

Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure (SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

If you are a consumer and you order any item from us you have the statutory right within the United Kingdom to cancel the order and return any goods ordered in exchange for a refund. This statutory right of cancellation starts on the date that you submit your order and expires within seven working days beginning on the day after the day on which you receive the goods (hereinafter the "UK Statutory Right of Cancellation").

You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are received by us and are not damaged in transit. Goods should therefore be securely packaged. We recommend that you return items using recorded delivery, for your protection.

You are also responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless the items were incorrectly delivered on our part, or the items are damaged or faulty.

Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

We reserve the right to refuse orders where the item or items have been wrongly priced. We also reserve the right to refuse orders where the item or items have been incorrectly displayed or described.
