30 KG Straining Tank - POA
The strainer tank is primarily intended for filtering honey during honey extraction – positioned under the extractor. There are two stainless steel taps welded on, which nicely cut off the honey. The upper overflow tap XL is intended for pouring the filtered honey into a tank placed under it. The lower tap is used for final draining of the honey.
Due to the larger diameter of the upper overflow tap, the flow rate of the filtered honey from the tank is 50% higher than with a standard tap.

FILTERING PROCESS
We place the strainer tank under the outlet gate of the honey extractor. During the filtering process, the lower tap must be closed. The level of the honey rises to the upper overflow tap XL and then flows through the upper tap into a collecting tank. A full strainer tank ensures continuous filtering. As honey flows into the strainer tank, wax residues rise to the surface and can be easily skimmed off. The sieve mesh also does not clog even during full-day honey sieving. Finally, we empty the strainer tank through the lower tap.
The strainer tank can also be used for filling jars with honey, as the honey gate nicely cuts off the honey.Novelty - extra-large overflow tap for increased honey flow.
