Conical Strainer XX Fine (200 micron)

A very fine 32 cm diameter 200 micron filter for the production of high quality clear honey.  Resting on our three legged stand it will readily handle warmed honey.   This strainer is also the perfect size for our 50 kg stainless steel honey tank.   It rests neatly on the rim of the tank and ensures no foreign matter can fall into the honey, which is always the danger with a strainer held above the honey tank.

For cold or set honey we recommend it is used with the Dana Api Therm which will warm cold and viscous honey, allowing it to flow freely through the strainer.

The strainer has an internal cord which can be "jiggled" to loosen wax blocking the weave of the strainer.
